Star Child Program
Help our children reach for the stars!
National Dance Institute’s award-winning arts and learning programs transform the lives of over 35,000 New York City public school children and their families each year. With your support of the StarChild Program, we will be able to bring the magic and joy of the arts to even more children.
Please give as generously as you can.
Adopt a School
Your gift will provide one full year of NDI’s powerful and engaging arts program to an entire grade in one of New York City’s under-resourced public schools.
Adopt a Class
Your gift will provide an NDI professional artistic team—including a Master Teaching Artist, Assistant Teacher and Musician—to an entire class in one of our partner public schools for a full year.
Sponsor an Advanced Team Dancer
Your gift will provide a full-year scholarship to an exceptionally motivated child, allowing him or her to attend NDI’s rigorous Saturday dance classes and perform in professionally-staged productions.
Train a Teacher
Your gift will underwrite an apprenticeship for an NDI Assistant Teacher, providing him or her with the necessary training to become a Master Teaching Artist in one of our partner public schools.
